Pricing

Hardware plus software. No integrator cost on top.

One-time hardware purchase, monthly software subscription. The integrator engagement you are not paying for is typically $50,000 to $200,000 per deployment. That is the real price comparison.

Included in all tiers

No line items for the things that should be standard.

Every arm ships with these included. No add-on fees for commissioning, training, or PLC integration setup.

On-site commissioning
We bring the arm, mount it, connect it to your PLC, and verify the I/O handshake. Commissioning is complete before we leave. No separate travel invoice.
Operator orientation
A 15-minute walkthrough with the operators who will run the arm. Covers teach mode, task editor, and stop event response. Done at commissioning, no separate training day required.
PLC integration support
EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP setup assistance at commissioning. Works with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Mitsubishi. No additional professional services fee for standard I/O configuration.
Safety zone configuration
Collaborative safety zone parameters set during commissioning based on your specific station layout. Includes speed and separation monitoring calibration for the monitored workspace.
Software updates
Task editor and on-arm firmware updates deploy over the plant LAN. No service visit required for software updates. Update schedule announced in advance, never during a production shift.
Compliance documentation
ISO 10218-1 risk assessment template, safety zone configuration record, and installation documentation provided at delivery. Technical file prepared in the format needed for Machinery Directive conformity work. No separate documentation fee.
Pricing FAQ

Questions plant managers ask before committing.

  • We do not offer direct financing. Most of our pilot-tier customers purchase through standard capital equipment procurement or use an equipment leasing provider of their choice. We can provide quote documentation for internal capital approval processes. Contact us if you need a multi-year cost model for a fleet deployment.

  • The monthly subscription covers task editor software access, firmware updates, support access, and the on-arm AI inference license. There is no additional fee per retask or per task type. The arm runs on your plant floor without a cloud connection; the subscription fee is not a connectivity charge.

  • If you cancel the software subscription the arm continues to run the last approved task configuration. You lose the ability to retask (the task editor requires an active subscription) and you stop receiving firmware and safety updates. The arm will not brick or shut down. We recommend maintaining the subscription for any arm in active production.

  • The hardware price includes one gripper selected for your initial task type during commissioning. A 2-finger parallel gripper is standard. A single-cup or array suction end-effector is available at the same price point when palletizing or light-carton tasks are the primary use case. Additional end-effectors for subsequent task types are $1,200 to $2,400 depending on type. We specify the right gripper for your tasks before shipment.
